Minimal capital is not that hard to realize the dream. A man from Finland, Robin Falck managed to build his dream house with minimal funds.
With the money of USD10, 500, Robin created a home for one occupant in the beautiful lakeside Finnish countryside. If one USD = Rp9.363, then Robin (only) to spend Rp98, 3 million to build the house.
Robin must make a minimum design if you want to build a house without permission (in Finland can build without a permit if the extent of 96-128 square feet or approximately 9-12 square meters).
